The Brand Vault is your brand’s headquarters on gimmefy—a structured space to lock in your unique story, audience, insights, and visual assets. With your Brand Vault, every campaign and piece of content will always be perfectly on-brand.
Step-by-Step: Creating Your Brand Vault
Step 1: Go to the Vault Dashboard
Log in to your gimmefy account.
Click on the Vault section from your main dashboard.
Step 2: Add a New Vault
Click “Add a new vault.”
Select “Brand Vault” from the available Vault types.
Step 3: Choose How to Add Your Brand Information
You have three options for providing your brand details:
Upload Files
Attach a PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, or CSV with your brand guidelines, summaries, or other relevant documents.
User URL
Enter a URL that leads to your existing brand profile, online document, or website.
Fill Details Manually
Type your information directly into the provided form fields.
Choose the option that’s most convenient for you. If you upload a file or use a URL, gimmefy will automatically extract as many details as possible—you can edit these before saving.
Step 4: Complete the Mandatory Business Profile
Selecting/Entering a Business Profile is required. This includes your brand name, a short description, and basic company details.
Review or refine the extracted info to ensure accuracy.
Step 5: (Optional) Add More Sections
After your Business Profile, you can enrich your Vault by providing more in-depth detail:
Tone of Voice: Describe your brand’s communication style.
Audience Profile: Profile your ideal customer or market.
