When creating an agent and crafting your brief, gimmefy has implemented an aid tool that can help with creating clearer, more detailed, and more relevant briefs.
This tool exists in 2 forms, as a "do it for me" Autofill the Brief with AI solution, meant to help you get started if you are unsure of how to begin, and as a "help me make it better" magic button that takes the information you have entered and applies best practices in brief writing in order to make your brief clearer, more relevant, and more likely to generate a good result.
The Autofill the Brief with AI Button is at the top right of the page, and as promised, will automatically fill up all the fields in the briefing form for you.
It does this by going into the brand vault to understand contextually what your brand and product does, and from these, makes assumptions about what you are most likely trying to achieve with your brand for the agent at hand.
While the autofilled brief will not be able to read your mind, ideally it will help you understand the kind of information that should be entered into each field.
You can then revise the information to suit the objectives you need met, or alternatively, you can keep clicking on the Autofill the brief for me to get different options for objectives and other fields until you find something that is appropriate.
This tool is meant to help inspire you to find the best objective for your task at hand, ideally giving you inspiration to enter a clear objective or an alternative perspective you had not thought of before.
The Magic button on the other hand, draws from the information you have entered, takes into consideration the information from your Brand Vault, and then applies best practice brief writing to expand upon what you have entered and improve the brief so it becomes more detailed, nuanced, and relevant in order to generate better results.
