What is brand vault?
The Brand Vault is a repository that stores key information to be used on the platform, keeping your results consistently on brand every time.
Information in the brand vault will be used as part of the brief every time you run a gimmefy agent. You should create multiple brand vaults to speak to different target audiences.
There are 3 kinds of Brand Vaults.
Brand Vault - For Products and Brands
Personal Vault - Either a Professional or Lifestyle Vault for an Individual
Brand Kit - Logos, Fonts and Colour Palates for your Brand
Brand Vault
For a Brand Vault, there are 4 sections to fill in, with an additional Info Bank for other documents or reference material. The 4 Sections of a Brand Vault are:
Brand Voice
This section basically communicates how you would like your brand to be perceived to others
An overview of who your brand is, what is stands for, what you are trying to achieve, USPs, your target audience, and your tone of voice.
Audience Profile
This section defines who your brand wants to communicate with and what they are like
The Audience profile looks at your target market in more depth, exploring their characteristics, demographics, interests, hobbies and preferences, purchasing habits, challenges and pain points, and who influences their decisions.
Customer Insights
This section summarizes the way the public perceives your brand, taking in the good and the bad
This includes feedback from customers, how satisfied they are with your services, how they engage and use your services, your strengths and weaknesses, how your customers feel you can improve, and any observed trends and patterns for customer retention
Competitive Landscape
This section looks at those around you in the same market segment
It includes a list of your main competing brands and products, their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, current trends and shifts, how you brand is positioned within the market, comparisons between your customers and your competitors, the way in which your competitors approach their customers, the channels they use, and any technological innovations in the industry
The Brand Voice is mandatory, while the other sections are optional, but you will find that you will get much better and deeper results if you have a more complete Brand Vault with all 4 sections.
Personal Vault
The Personal Vault has options to create either a Professional Vault, which focuses on an individual's career and achievements, or a Lifestyle Vault, which focuses on your hobbies, goals, an motivations.
Brand Kit
The Brand Kit allows you to upload your Logo, Corporate Font and Corporate Colours
