Editing or Updating an Existing Brand Vault

You can update or amend the brand or product information in your existing Brand Vaults at any time.

Navigate to the Vault page, and find the Brand Vault you would like to edit by selecting the Project that Brand Vault is located in.

Once you have selected the appropriate Project, it will display all the Brand Vaults within that Project.

Click on the 3 Dot Icon on the right hand side of your Brand Vault.

This will open a pop up menu with options to Edit Vault or Delete Vault.

Click on the Edit Vault Option to open that Brand Vault, allowing you to view, edit or update the information within that vault.

You can edit the information within each section of the brand vault manually by changing the information yourself, or use the File Upload or URL options to get gimmefy to generate new information for each field using the reference document you upload or the URL you specify.

Once you are satisfied with the changes you have made, click on the SAVE button to save your changes.
