How to Create a Project:

  • Click the Project Tab in your dashboard.
  • Hit Create New Project.
  • Give your project a name that’s clear and memorable.
  • That’s it—your workspace is ready for action.

Pro Tip: Set up separate projects for different clients, brands, or even major campaigns for super-smooth management down the line.


2. Build Your Brand Vault: Your Brand’s Creative Brain

The Brand Vault is the secret sauce of gimmefy. It holds everything that makes your brand…well, your brand! Tone of voice, audience profiles, values, visual assets, and more. This is what keeps all your marketing outputs unmistakably you.

How to Create a Brand Vault:

  • Select the project where you want your Vault to live.
  • Click Create Brand Vault.
  • Choose how you’ll build it—simply enter your website URL for a rapid draft, or fill in fields manually for full control.
  • Add key info: business profile, tone of voice, audience details, customer insights, competitive landscape, and upload any helpful assets.
  • Review, refine, and hit Save & Complete once you’re happy.

Why it matters: With your Brand Vault set up, every gimmefy tool will create assets, campaigns, and ideas perfectly tailored to your brand and target audience—no more rewriting to fit your style!


3. Run Your First Studio Task

You’ve got your project and Brand Vault—now it’s time for the real fun. Studio is your always-on creative assistant: enter any marketing request, and Studio will transform it into publish-ready copy, content packs, visuals, or strategies in minutes.

How to Run a Studio Task:

  • Open your project and make sure your Brand Vault is selected.
  • Enter your marketing need (e.g., “Write a launch email for our new sneaker,” “Create five Instagram post ideas for our summer campaign,” or “Draft a competitive analysis for [Brand/Product]”).
  • Hit Submit and let Studio work its magic.
  • Review your results, make tweaks, and send your assets straight into action.
