How happy are your customers with your brand or product/service?

Describe how customers are using your product or service

Are your customers using your product/service the way you intended? are there alternative uses or approaches to your product/service that are attractive to your customers


List the strengths of your product or service as identified by customers

What do your customers say are your strengths and weaknesses?

List areas where customers feel improvements could be made

What do your customers say are things that can be improved by your product/service?

Are there any trends that you can observe regarding the way customers view your product/service? What could increase your customer retention, and adversely, what could cause them to leave.
